Good-sized and tastefully decorated rooms, I had very good experience.
Neat hotel, and the staff were very very helpful and fairly friendly, location was magnificent in the centre of the town. Location: the venue was very close to the train station, historic Tortosa and to the railway and bus stations. I visited Bar la Ribera really close to the venue for a few drinks...

Greatly enjoyed central heating, multi-channel television, and a study table in the room. The location was perfectly comfortable, right next to old town.

The room here was exceptionally comfortable, especially the bed, making for great nights of sleep; in addition, its central location near the station was convenient.

Very well located, near the train station. Private parking at 30 seconds on foot, a large and manageable car park. Very friendly reception staff; I highlight the girl in the morning, who not only attended the reception but also the breakfast buffet, efficient and always with a smile. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds (more than 90 cms) and two pillows. Desk, place to leave the suitcase open, two bedside tables, large window, with opaque curtain that fulfills its function quite well. Minibar, and at not exaggerated prices (1.80 can of soda). Correct bathroom, with varied amenities. And with a bidet, not much seen. Adequate towels. A good breakfast, of quality and more than enough: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, specialty and sliced bread, tomato for the bread, ham, country ham, turkey meat, varied and quality fruit (in whole pieces), good pastries (croissant, normal and chocolate, saloon, muffins, cake of Santiago..honey, jam, butter, cocoa, machine coffee (espresso, cappuccino, coffee with milk..), served in a cosy room next to the reception, and next to the living room, comfortable. A pleasant stay, to be repeated without hesitation.
normal hotel, without that being a bad thing. There is nothing in its design that makes it stand out or differentiates it from so many others. To name a few: there is no mobile phone socket on one of the bedside tables (not on the other one), you have to use the stereo socket, no problem, bath screen is a bit short and you can't avoid wetting the toilet, there is no safe in the room. Cleaning at first sight doesn't look bad, cover of my bedside table had cups frames; it's about giving it more strength and that's it! to put a critique on breakfast: putting a pasteurized Pascual (all sweetened) instead of yogurt (even if it's from Lidl) I suppose is more comfortable but it's not what it should be. As you can see, nothing that seriously affects the quality of the stay! By the way, cost of the parking is 9 euros per day; for me the problem was that they don't let you reserve it, taking into account that there is not parking for everyone. I had to come by first thing in the morning to secure my space. I don't understand the problem of not being able to book it!

girl's attention at the perfect reception even indicated places to visit. great room and very, comfortable bed. bathroom had everything necessary for personal hygiene, from soap to a shaving kit, towels, hair dryer, etc... location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the historical center of the city without using the vehicle. only thing I can't value is the parking lot because we didn't use it, as we found free parking right in front of the hotel.
only thing that didn't convince me was the breakfast, it's a free buffet, I found it too expensive for the variety of products they offered, 8. 5 euros per person I found it excessive. We had breakfast in a bakery near the area, sandwich, two croissants, coffee, soda for two adults and a three-year-old girl and price did not exceed 10?...

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the spacious rooms and the cleanliness of the hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the free Wi-Fi provided in the hotel was reliable and allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay.
There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. The customer service at the hotel left much to be desired.

Felt there should of been tea & coffee facilities in the room. This was a let down after a long journey.

We were pleasantly surprised by the renovations at the hotel. The newly designed bathroom with green marble floors and wall tiles added a touch of modernity. The comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep. The hotel's cleanliness and proximity to the city were a great value. The included Wi-Fi coverage was a bonus. Although there was no restaurant, the breakfast offered a hot service with scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages. The nearby Italian restaurant provided another dining option. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to park on the street by the station and save money on parking fees.

Friendly staff. Good location to visit the Ebro delta as well as the Parc Natural dels Ports. Good choice of restaurants in the neighborhood. Rooms good value for price. Close to the center of the city, the castle and the cathedral.
There are communicating doors between some rooms (not all). In this case the acoustic isolation is poor.

We arrived very late to the hotel due to our flight, but we found the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone as it was superb and great value for the money. In addition, next door is a superb Italian restaurant so we were able to drop our bags off and go and eat straight away. A huge bonus with young children!
